Step by step guide to ordering

To browse all of our products, go to our Shop page https://bluemooncanada/shop/, and browse through our categories.

Select the product(s) that you wish to purchase and also select an option and the select the quantity you want and click “Add To Cart”

Once you are satisfied with your products that you have selected, then click on the “Checkout” button and you will see your complete order as well as Billing Details.

Check to see if all your items and quantities are correct. You can also apply a coupon at this time, just enter it in the Coupon Code box and click Apply Coupon.

You will need to fill out these details and also your email address so we can send you the tracking number. 

You will need to agree to our “Terms and Conditions”, then click “Place Order” to complete this process.

Now you will be brought to a page which explains the required information for E-Transfer. Check your email account for e-transfer details and instructions as well. Orders will only be shipped after your E-transfer payment has been received.

Once we receive and accept your E-Transfer, your order will go through processing and will be shipped out to you within 1 business day. We will email your Canada Post Xpresspost Tracking Number as soon as it is available

Your order will be shipped and your should receive your package within 1-3 business days after receiving your Xpresspost Tracking Number.
